It generates a pleasure that connects with the well and the joy of living: move my body to the rhythm of music, feel the sun on the skin during a walk, share genuine laughs, take care of me with love and enjoy the small pleasures of the day to day. The empty routine, constant negativity or forced relationships does not generate pleasure. I feel uncomfortable, the lack of authenticity and the spaces where you cannot be oneself.
